Original language description
We describe denoising and filtering microscopic images by using wavelet transform. For this purpose we implemented ‘Wavelet_Denoise’ plugin for open-source, freely available, image processing package Fiji (Fiji.sc). The plugin is also available for free. We demonstrate using it for processing super-resolved image acquired by structured illumination microscopy.
