    The Directive 2005/29/EC has harmonised Unfair Commercial Practices in the Member States’ law on maximum level, however, the Directive left the Member States with full clarification of procedural issues. This report aims to show, which solutions were choosen by Czech Republic to enable efficient consumer protection against unfair commercial practices, and how the legislation fulfilled its purpose beyond the scope of the Directives.
