Pulsed laser deposition of inorganic and organic thin films for active layers of ozone sensors.
Original language description
Thin layers based on inorganic and organic materials were prepared by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). Thin films were analysed by SEM, FTIR and UV spectroscopy. As a second step metal catalysts were deposited (Ni, Fe, Zr) to improve sensor parameters. Sensors were maintained at operating conditions for 14 days and their resistance and sensitivity changes were described.
