    a-C:Si films with Si concentration between 3 and 50 at.% were prepared by magnetron sputtering of pure graphite and silicon. Films do not delaminate evan from steel substrates and remain stable after vacuum annealing up to 780oC. Mechanical properties (microhardness, intrinsic stress) and structure (electron diffraction, Raman spectra were investigated

    Vrstvy a-C:Si s koncentrací křemíku mezi 3 a 50 at. % byly připraveny magnetovým naprašováním čistého grafitu a křemíku. Vrstvy se neodlupují ani z ocelových podložek a po temperaci ve vakuu do 780 °C zůstávají stabilní. Zkoumány byly jejich mechanické vlastnosti (mikrotvrdost, vnitřní pnutí) a struktura (difrakce elektronů, Ramanův rozptyl)
