Propagation of electromagnetic waves in a one-dimensional photonic crystal with a twin defect is studied using a transfer-matrix method. We derive analytical expressions for the frequency of defect modes and for the enhancement of the electromagnetic field inside the defect. In particular, we discuss possibilities of tuning of defect levels

Pomocí metody matic přenosu se studuje šíření elektromagnetického vlnění v jednodimenzionálních fotonických krystalech s defektem tvořeným dvojčatovou hranicí. Jsou odvozeny analytické výrazy pro frekvenci defektních hladin a pro zesílení elektromagnetického pole uvnitř defektů. Diskutuje se laditelnost defektních hladin
