Colloidal suspensions of silicon nanocrystals: from single nanocrystals to photonic structures
Original language description
Sedimented and/or filtered Si NCs sols reveal a green photoluminescence (PL) band around 530nm, which is interpreted as radiative recombination of electron-hole pairs inside Si NCs with diameter about 2nm.
Czech name
Koloidní suspense křemíkových nanokrystalů: od jednotlivých nanokrystalů k fotonickým strukturám
Czech description
Sedimentované a/nebo filtrované křemíkové monokrystaly vykazují fotolunimescenci v zelené oblasti okolo 530nm, interpretovanou pomocí zářivé rekombinace e-h páru v nanokrystalech o průměru okolo 2nm.
