    By use an incipient ferroelectric SrTiO3 as a defect material inserted into a periodic structure of alternatibg layers of quartz and high-permittivity ceramic, thermal tuning of a single defect mode over the entire lowest forbidden band was obtained. Thetunability of this compact structure reached 60%

    S využitím incipientního feroelektrika SrTiO3 jakožto materiálu pro defekt vložený do periodické struktury (sestávájící se ze střídajívcích se vrstev křemene a keramiky s vysokou permitivitou) bylo dosaženo teplotní laditelnosti defektní hladiny přes celý zakázaný pás. Laditelnost této kompaktní struktury dosáhla 60%
