Original language description
Atomic substitutions in the SrTiO3 (ST) perovskite lattice modify the lattice vibration modes. In order to understand the effect of Mg substitution in the ST lattice, the dielectric properties of Sr1-xMgxTiO3 and SrTi1-yMgyO3-delta ceramics were investigated in radio frequency (rf), microwave, terahertz (THz), and infrared (IR) ranges. Micro-Raman spectroscopy measurements were also conducted on these samples.

Czech description
Náhradou atomů v perovskitové mřížce SrTiO3 (ST) dochází ke změně mřížkových vibračních módů. Pro pochopení efektu dotování mřížky ST atomy Mg byly studovány vlastnosti keramik Sr1-xMgxTiO3 a SrTi1-yMgyO3-delta v oblasti radiových frekvencí (rf), mikrovln, terahertz (THz) a infračervené oblasti. Rovněž bylo provedeno studium mikro-Ramanovy spektrosopie.
