Original language description
Boron nitride(BN) thin coatings were produced by means of the pulsed laser deposition technique from hexagonal BN(h-BN) target. Deposition performed by Nd:YAG laser on steel buffered with Ti Substrates led to the formation of nanovrystalline strongly texturized h-BN layers. Substrate temperature oe type of background gas comprising nitrogen, argon or a mixture of nitrogen and argon did not influence the surface morphology and phase composition. The deposition of BN on substrate covered with titanium nitride by means of the KrF laser enhanced by the RF generator produced layers with nano-composite structure, consisting of wurzite (w-BN) phase particles located in a turbostratic and hexagonal matrix

Czech description
Tenké vrystvy nitridu bóru (BN) byly vytvářeny laserovou depozicí s Nd:YAG a KrF )s RF výbojem) lasery. Depozice s Nd:YAG laserem na titanové podložky vytvářela silně texturované, nanokrystalické h-BN crystvy. Okolní dusík, argon, či jejich směs neměly vliv na morfologii a fázi vrstev. Depozice s KrF laserem s přídavným RF výbojem vedla k nanokompozitním vtyszvám s wurtzitovou (w-BN) strukturou
