    The structural and physical properties of YbBaCo4O7+? have been studied. The compound "O7" (?~0) exhibit a hysteric transition at Ts= 160 K - 180 K with a hole-doped electrical conduction of high spin Co3+ holes in matrix of high spin Co2+. By increasingthe oxygen content for "O8", the signatures of this transition are suppressed.

  • Czech description

    Byly studovány strukturní a fyzikální vlastnosti YbBaCo4O7+?. Sloučenina "O7" vykazuje hysteresní přechod při Ts= 160 K - 180 K s charakteristickou děrovou vodivostí vysokospinových Co3+ děr v síti Co2+ vysokospinových iontů. Zvýšením obsahu kyslíku na "O8" je přechod při Ts potlačen.
