Original language name
Photoluminescence of defects in Sn2P2S6 crystals
Original language description
The emission and excitation spectra of luminescence of Sn2P2S6 crystals were studied within wide spectral (260-1200 nm) region. Annealing of the oramge tinted crystal in vacuum at 300oC for 30 monutes caused a substantial increase of photoluminescence intensity in comparision to the as-grown crystal. The origin of photoluminescence of the Sn2P2S6 crystals was connected with sulfur vacancies
Czech name
Fotoluminescence defektů v krystalech Sn2P2S6.
