Original language description
Thin nanocrystalline diamond/amorphous carbon (NCD/a-C) composite films and amorphous diamond-like carbon (DLC) films were prepared by three methods: MWCVD, RF magnetron and PLD. The films were comprehensively characterized with respect to their bondingstructure by Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).

Czech description
Tenké nanokrystalické diamantové a amorfní kompozitní vrstvy a amorfní diamantu podobné vrstvy byly připraveny třemi technikami : MW CVD, RF magnetronem a PLD. Vlastnosti byly charakterizovány Augerovskou spektroskopií a X-ray fotoelektronovou spektroskopií.
