Original language description
Laser beam of the infrared pulsed Nd:YAG laser was used to re-melting PVD coatings on the steel substrates. Parellel measurements of the surface roughness were realized by the contact inductive profilometer Talysurf, collected data were displayed by software tool Talymap in a plane or spatial pictures.

Optické a nedestruktivní kontaktní měření laserem přetavených vrstev
Czech description
Pulsním Nd:YAG laserem byly přetaveny tenké vrstvy - titanové slitiny na ocelovém substrátu. Vzniklé stopy byly analyzovány třemi metodami - běžnou skanovací elektronovou mikroskopií, laserovou konfokální mikroskopií a kontaktním profilometrem Talysurf.Struktura stop byla vyobrazena v rovině i prostorovými projekcemi.
