Original language description
Single crystals of GdCa4O(BO3)3 pure and doped with Eu concentration of 1 and 4at% were grown by the Czochralski and micropulling-down methods. The spectroscopic properties of crystals are compared with the properties of nanopowders obtained by sol-gel method.

Čisté a Eu-dopované monokrystaly (koncentrace 1 a 4at%) GdCa4O(BO3)3 byly pěstovány Czochralského metodou a metodou micropulling-down. Spektroskopické vlastnosti monokrystalů byly porovnány s vlastnostmi nanoprášků pěstovaných metodou sol-gel
