Ferroelectric and relaxor materials are characterized by the very high dielectric permittivity and losses in the microwave (MW) range, especially near the phase transition or diffuse permittivity maximum in the case of relaxor. The method based on composite cylindrical TE0n1 mode dielectric resonator was developed and set up for the complex permittivity measurements of bulk rod-shaped samples at frequency of 8.8 GHz.
