UV Laser Photolytic Solution Deposition of ?-Fe/Polyoxocarbosilane/Carbon Nanocomposite and Evolution to ?-Fe2O3/Polyoxocarbosilane/Carbon Nanocomposite
Original language description
KrF laser-induced photolysis of Fe(II) acetylacetonate in 2-propanol leads to (i) rare formation of nanosized amorphous iron and (ii) etching of the silica reactor by carbonaceous photolytic products yielding amorphous polyoxocarbosilane. These reactionsallow chemical solution deposition of a-Fe/polyoxocarbosilane/carbon nanocomposite. This material in ambient air undergoes slow oxidative passivation of Fe constituent to a discontinuous Fe2O3 shell and when heated it transforms to nanosized crystallineFe2O3/polyoxocarbosilane/carbon nanocomposite. Detailed analysis of magnetic properties suggests superantiferromagnetic behaviour of the Fe2O3 passivating shell.
Czech name
UV laserově fotolytická deposice a lfaFe/polyoxocarbosilan/uhlíkového nanokompositu z roztoku and evoluce na alfa-Fe2O3/polyoxocarbosilan/uhlíkový nanokomposit
Czech description
KrF laserově indukovaná fotolýza Fe(II) acetylacetonátu v 2-propanolu vede k tvorbě vzácného amorfního železa a k leptání křemenného reaktoru,a celkově k tvorbě a-Fe/polymer/C nanokompositu. Deponovaný sediment podléhá oxidaci na vzduchu a zahříváním přechází na nanokompos?t obsahující místo amorfního železa krystalický Fe2O3.
