Data on the two prototype modulated structures of Rb2ZnX4 (X = Cl, Br) have been collected on the time-of-flight (TOF) single-crystal Laue diffractometer SXD installed at ISIS. JANA2006 has been adapted to handle TOF data, including specific extinction models.

Czech description
Dvě vzorové modulované struktury Rb2ZnX4 (X = Cl, Br) byly měřeny na time-of-flight (TOF) monokrystalovém Laue difraktometru SXD instalovaným v ISIS. JANA 2006 byla modifikována tak, aby umožnila zpracovávat TOF data včetně specifických extinkčních modelů.
