Original language description
Alkali glasses were irradiated with 50 keV defocused electron beam of 60 ?m diameter. The compositional as well as volume changes were measured by means of electron microprobe and scanning electron microscopy. The compositional changes extended the irradiated volume. The expansion of the volume reached up to 100%.

Czech description
Sklo bylo ozařováno elektrony o energii 50 keV. Změny chemického složení a objemové změny byly měřeny rastrovací elektronovou mikroskopií a rtg mikroanalýzou. Objemové změny dosahovaly až 100%.
