Structural properties of (Nd0.33Eu0.2Gd0.47)Ba2Cu3Oy studied by magnetic and infrared measurements
Original language description
Reflectance spectra of superconducting single crystal (Nd0.33Eu0.2Gd0.47)Ba2Cu3Oy were measured together with its electric amd magnetic properties. The optical response functions were obtained from the reflectivity spectra by means of the Kramers-Kroniganalysis with the appropriate low- and high-frequency extrapolations of the experimentally determined reflectance. The reflectance spectra were fitted by Drude-Lorentz model in order to obtain temperature dependence of the model parameters. The fits wereconsistent with the optical response functions. A significant drop of the Drude free-electron term was observed under Tc.
