    The vapor pressure of tetrakis(dimethylamino)germanium (CAS RN 7344-40-3) was measured using the static method in the technologically important temperature range (278 to 308) K. The experimental data were fitted with the Clarke and Glew equation. To ourknowledge, this is the first time that the vapor pressure measurements for this compound are reported.
