Thermally-induced ionization of the Ce3+ excited state in SrHfO3 microcrystalline phosphor
Original language description
We study decay kinetics of the 410 nm Ce emission in the SrHfO3 host. Measurement of the prompt and also delayed recombination decay put in evidence the thermally induced ionization of the Ce3+ excited state. An additional proof is obtained by observation of the thermally stimulated luminescence signal after the UV excitation of the Ce emission center.
