Vector and bidirector representations of magnetic point groups
Original language description
The main result of this work is an explicit presentation of character tables of all 122 Heesch-Shubnikov magnetic point groups. All irreducible representations that transform under the symmetry operators of the group as a vector or bidirector quantity are labeled and the type and orientation of the corresponding vectorlike quantity is indicated. Results can be used for classical analysis of magnetoelectric symmetry of crystalline solids.
