Original language description
A novel V(V) dimer complex [VO(DFX)(BuO)]2.BuOH, (DFX = deferasirox, BuOH=1-butanol) was synthesized and fully characterized by elemental analysis, 1HNMR, 51V NMR, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and molar conductivity. The spectroscopically predicted structure of the synthesized Vanadium complex was also verified by single crystal X-ray diffraction.
