The impact of hydrogenation on structural and superconducting properties of FeTe0.65Se0.35 single crystals
Original language description
Nowadays, hydrogen-reach superconducting compounds constitute a very active research area. Over past few years, high values of superconducting transition temperature, close to room temperature, have been found mainly in those compounds subjected to high external pressure [1–5]. On the other hand, at ambient pressure, for many compounds, e.g., metallic, carbon-based, cuprate, pnictide materials, hydrogenation leads to a significant improvement of their superconducting properties [6]. Particularly in BCS superconductors, hydrogen introduces new phonon modes, which strongly affect superconducting properties due to anharmonicity of hydrogen-related vibrations.
