Original language description
By the reaction of nickel(II) nitrate hexahydrate with 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline (neoc) and bis(3-aminopropyl)amine (bapa) two novel complexes were isolated, namely [Ni2(neoc)4(H2O)(CO3)](NO3)2⋅3H2O (1) and [Ni(bapa)2](NO3)2⋅H2O (2). Their structure and magnetic properties were studied and the results are presented.
