    The purpose of this contribution is to introduce a comparison of two Finite Element-based methods for computing the mechanical response from (thermo)mechanical loading of composites on meso-scale. Namely, the classical homogenization method and the reduced substructuring approach are compared in this work. The influence of mesh of periodic unit cell (meso scale) on the overall response (macro scale) is examined.
