The Basic Regulators of Bone Reconstruction

  • Original language description

Determination of speeds of bone remodelling processes has the fundamentals importace for the exact understanding of reconstruction processes. The purpose of our study was to determine the basic components of resultant speed (rate). The volume changes (inmolecular mixtures) have the dominant and absolutely decisive influence on the process of remodelling limit cycle. The speed of biochemical reactions (rates) can be generally expressed by the exponential function depending on volume changes of the determined components of remodelling processes in the bone tissue and on the stress changes. The biochemical reactions are influenced by the internal - genetic effects and the external - biomechanical effects. The external effects and the internal influence on the speed of remodelling processes in the bone tissue are completely coordinated by the live environment.

    Bázové regulátory kostní rekonstrukce
