Bio-Molecular Dynamics of Bone Tissue
Original language description
Cycles of bone remodelling are regulated biomechanically and biochemically (genetically). The speeds of biochemical reactions (i.e. the speeds of intense metabolic processes) depend on the volume changes of molecular mixtures and on the stress changes ina bone element. The speed of thickening in the tissue in the jth biochemical reaction initiated by volume change jch  0, influenced by primary chemical effects, or jm  0, influenced by primary mechanical effects is the exponential function of stress changes p = p - pe in the examined bone tissue element. When the stress (load) p  0, i.e. p  pe increases, the thickening process in the bone will be accelerated, both in the initiation of the thickening by volume changes jch influenced by primary chemical effects, and in the initiation of the thickening by volume changes jm influenced by primary mechanical effects.

Biomolekulární dynamika kostní tkáně
Czech description
Změny napětí v kostní tkáni jsou dominantním faktorem, který akceleruje nebo retarduje houstnutí nebo řídnutí kosti. Rychlosti změn jsou dále ovlivněny objemovými změnami molekulárních směsí.
