    Correlation Method for Testing Optical Surfaces

    Our paper describes a method for testing a general shape of optical surfaces. The deviation of the tested surface from its nominal shape is characterized by a correlation coefficient between the tested wave field and reference wave field that correspondsto the nominal shape of surface. By optimization of the correlation coefficient, one can obtain information about the deviation of the tested optical surface from its nominal shape

    Práce popisuje metodu pro vyhodnocování tvaru optických povrchů. Odchylka testovaného povrchu od jeho nominálního tvaru je charakterizována hodnotou korelačního koeficientu. Optimalizací korelačního koeficientu mezi testovanou a referenční plochou lze poté určit, zda daná plochy má s předem danou tolerancí předepsaný tvar
