    Relaxation of GFRP rod

    Composite materials are more used every day in every branch of industry. Regarding civil engineering carbon lamellas externally glued to the structural elements are well known. Application of prestressed composite rod as internal reinforcement brings many new questions and relaxation is one of them. Main objective of this paper is presentation of GFRP rod relaxation which has been tested in Experimental Centre of CTU in Prague. Furthermore a numerical model of relaxation has been created hand in hand with experiment outcome. This paper shows results of test which has run for 132 days.

    Článek se zabývá dlouhodobým pozorováním kompozitní výztuže na bázi skleněných vlákem. Výsledky vycházejí z dlouhodobého experimentu, tzv. relaxační zkoušky. Článek je zaměřen na poklesem napětí v GFRP výztuži při konstatní deformaci.
