Result description

The theory of continuous distribution of dislocation is derived from the statistics of discrete dislocation dynamics. Glide dislocations are divided into groups that in the averaging process result in a so-called single-valued dislocation fields. The averaged continuous distribution of glide dislocations is treated as a superposition of these fields
