Original language description
Alternative silicate binders have a high potential to replace a part of Portland cement in concrete due to improvement of durability and strengths properties. We observed influence of metakaolin used as partial substitution of cement for production of mortars on their physical and mechanical characteristics. Regarding the price of metakaolin, one of the goals was to find an ideal quantity of metakaolin to be used as admixture in concrete.
