Timber-Concrete Composite Floors in Fire
Original language description
Author´s research should better the knowledge on the field of fire resistance design of the timber-concrete structures. Current, the knowledge about these structures in case of fire is very restricted, although their potential is very high. Therefore, the aim is based on the generalizing of the results, which will serve as a device for civil engineering practice to be able to safely and economically design such a kind of structure in case of fire. As a next step of the research, analysis of the interaction between both materials will be performed to improve the performance. This paper deals with recent shape of knowledge in timber-concrete structures. A few chapters are devoted to explanation of timber-concrete structures at not elevated temperature and whole in general. Main part of the paper is closely connected with author´s point of interest, which is to describe accurately the behaviour of these structures in case of fire
