In civil engineering practice is the most used method for calculation internal forces Finite Element Method (FEM). This method needs to divide the investigated region to finite elements. All of the commercial companies which produced FEM software protecttheir intellectual property by copyright law and it is impossible to use it their source code for mesh generation for free. On the internet we can find lot of libraries for this topic but all of them are written in C++ and for their usage you need to have programming skill in C++. This article is trying to find other possibility how to generate a finite element mesh for free.
