The subject concern is virtually performed crash test, which is required by the European standard EN 1317 for new bridge safety barrier. It will deal with simulation impact and observation crash worthiness of new bridge safety barrier. Simulation will beperformed with explicit finite element program LS-DYNA. Obtained results will be to compare with result of real crash test, it should show, that this simulation can be used in the process of development and certification of road safety barrier.
