  • Original language description

    Carbon nanofibers (CNF) and carbon nanotubes (CNT) present a feasible approach for high strength binder production, as has been demonstrated in composites and on cement pastes. The article presents experimental results and micromechanical simulations on50x50 um samples and shows that CNT need to be longer than 50 um to mitigate crack formation.
