Designing assessment system fit for user
Original language description
The text copes with sustainability assessments and their chance to have signifi- cant impact on the building stock. It comes out from prerequisite that for real impact is needed not only quality (represented by right selection of assessment indicators, setting benchmarks and weights among criteria), which ensures that the requirements of the system are challenging, but also quantity (market share of assessed buildings). The quantity depends on motivation to use sustainability assessments, so the paper looks more thoroughly at different kinds of the motivation.
