Analysis of Interferometer With Adaptive Reference Wave
Original language description
Our work performs both theoretical and experimental analysis of an interferometric system, which adapts a shape of a reference wavefront to a shape of a measured optical surface using an adaptive optical element. The interferometric system uses a deformable mirror for a wavefront compensation corresponding to the test surface. The accuracy and range of compensation is given by a type of the deformable mirror. It is analyzed a possibility of the application for testing optical surfaces.
