Methodological Procedure of Application Nanofibrous Fabric and Demonstrating Their Fungicide Qualities Against Molds
Original language description
Standard methods cannot be fully applied for the study of nanofibrous fabrics. This paper deals with the development of methodology to study fungicidal properties of nanofibers on solid media with a focus on micromycetes. Nanofibre fabrics were preparedfrom a PVA polymer solution, produced by using Nanospider NS LAB 500 S (Elmarco, CR) device. Substances were added into the polymer spinning solution to provide the insolubility of textiles. Consequently, biocide particles were added in the form of a solution: Lignofix E-Profi, pent hydrate copper sulphate, silver nitrate, colloidal silver and a combination of silver nitrate and pent hydrate copper sulphate. The fabrics were design so that the concentration of added particles reached 1 %. Mixture of molds was used as a model organism in the study. Based on our findings, the most efficient fungicidal effect was observed in the case of textiles with biocide supplement of Lignofix E-Profi. A lower efficiency was reached in the case of a pl
