By analyzing the status of a large number of projects carried out by companies from public sector in Syria, and through a general survey of success factors and issues which concern the clients of the company, and based on our vision and analysis of the main causes of the problems, we noticed that all indicators to satisfy the customer reflected in time, financial and technical quality, where errors are usually discovered during inspection by the supervisory team, leading to rework that causes delays and costs increase in construction projects, and may not be discovered until the final delivery of the project, so it is appropriate for each stage of the life cycle of the construction project to pay as much detail as possible in order to make the best decisions before implementation.
