Between 2017 and 2019 geotechnical monitoring of the Na Homolce Hospital site was conducted by the INSET s.r.o. company. The monitoring aimed at previously observed deformations of buildings, outdoor structures and surfaces. A long-term surveillance utilizing a combination of 3D surveying, deformeter, clinometer and extensometer measurement was implemented. Some of the readings indicated an unfavourable progress that potentially would influence present structures; therefore, monitoring system expansion was proposed
