Original language description

The closed test loop is composed from two parallel circuits. Any type of SEC can be mount in these circuits. In the course of measuring is possible to continuous change heat transfer fluid flow rate through the SEC (independently in each circuit). The storage tank with electrical heater is situated in common part of circuits. Temperature lowering in storage tank is possible to carry out by filling the tank by cold water. The monitoring of measuring circuit is designed as a small meteorological station.
