Original language description

The aim of this project is to develop the method for determination of the bone mechanical properties. Three-point bending is used more often for measuring the mechanical properties. In the bending test the whole bone is loaded in bending until failure. The rat femur mechanical testing is applied in "Laboratory of Biomechanics of Man" at the CTU in Prague in the cooperation with The First Faculty of Medicine at the Charles University in Prague.
