Original language description
The article deals with methods of Airflow visualization and velocity measurement in cleanrooms with low velocities of flow. Definition of cleanroom according to ISO standard and shotr review of cleanroom categories are presented. An experimental 2 modelof cleanroom with a personnel protection zone is described and possible methods of flow visualization and measurement are described. Combination of velocity measurement by means of simple propeller anemometer and determination of flow direction by meansof streamers for flow visualization, is recommended for air flow patterns measurement.
