The article deals with research of cleanroons, namely the influence of configuration of air-technologyelements on velocity fields in controlled space.. Short definition of cleanroom according to ISO standard 14644-1 is presented. Different types of cleanrooms are characterised, cleanrooms with personnel or product protection zone and cleanrooms with unidirectional and turbulent flow. A modular experimental chamber as a 2D cleanroom model with a personel protection yone is described. Plan of experimentswith different inlet and outlet flow arrangement, compared with CFD simulation is outlined.
