Experimental simulation is the last step in designing process. It should be applied when a new product is developed. Experimental evaluation of prototype confirms all steps of design. Having possibilities of simulation service of mechanisms service the real load has to be known and applied. Reaction of assessed mechanism has to be measured, especially real service load and real service kinematical conditions. Applying service loading and evaluating chosen parameters the failures can be predict and optimization of mechanism can be done.
