    Experimental Simulation of Robot's Movement Applied to Evaluation of Robot Drives

    Rotation arms of robots are usually driven with electric motor and reducer. The reducer has to be very precise and to transfer the power during required service life is the first duty of them. The efficiency of this transfer is one of important parameter. Position of the arm is conditioned by kinematical accuracy of used gearbox. It is second important parameter. Both parameters depend on service wear, which changes during service life influence distribution of load in the mechanism. Laboratory evaluation of those gearboxes is based on simulation of their service loading and on methodology of assessment.
