Original language description
The paper deals with essence of bayesian statistics and basic principals of using Markov chains in fault detection. The paper's purpose is to acquaint readers with the method of fault detection and isolation by means of probable (Bayesian) approach. Theproposed method, based on Markov chains and generated fault variable, was tested on the two-tank system. The experimental results and conclusions confirm the feasibility of proposed approach.
