We consider the Navier-Stokes equations for the incompressible fluid flow. In the paper we first discuss the concept of stability for an elliptic problem. Then we consider the Stokes problem. Stability is then dicussed for the advective diffusive problem. Finally we study the complete Navier-Stokes equations.

Czech description
Studují se Navierovy-Stokesovy rovnice pro nestlačitelnou tekutinu. Nejprve je uvažován problém stability pro eliptickou úlohu. Pak je studována stabilita metody konečných prvků aplikované na Stokesovu úlohu a na problém advekce-difuse. Nakonec jsou studovány rovnice Navierovy-Stokesovy.
