    Temperature Dependence of Tribological Properties of MoS2 and MoSe2 Coatings

    This study compares properties of MoS2 and MoSe2 coatings in air of different humidity and at elevated temperatures. Both coatings werw prepared by nonreactive DC magnetron sputtering and tested on ball-on-disk high temperature tribometer. The friction coefficient and wear is presented.
